Our automated outage reporting system is available 24 hours a day.

When you call, the system will automatically identify your account using your phone number and record:

• Your name
• Account number
• Service location
• Time of the outage report

If the system cannot identify your account based on the phone number you're calling from, you'll be guided through additional options to report your outage, such as providing another phone number associated with your account or entering your account number.
